Award-Winning Solo Show LUX Heads to Los Angeles
LUX: A SOLO SHOW
at Los Angeles Women’s Theatre Festival
A show created and performed by Meagan Harris,
has won the 2025 BroadwayWorld Dallas Award for Best Solo Performance—an exciting milestone for this original work.
Developed in collaboration with Manifesto Poetico and directed by Carlos García Estévez, LUX is a bilingual solo piece that blends physical theatre, clowning, puppetry, and live music. The show follows Sally deLux as she navigates vulnerability, fear, and self-discovery.
The project was created across Guadalajara, Madrid, and Dallas, reflecting an international process rooted in experimentation and collaboration.
Now, LUX continues its journey to Los Angeles, where Harris will perform at the Los Angeles Women’s Theatre Festival on March 28 at 3:00 PM.
We’re proud to see this work grow and reach new audiences.
